The buyer is responsible for the cost of the return shipment. The artwork must be returned in its original condition. If the artwork is damaged or its value is reduced as a result of insufficient care during the return shipment, the buyer may be held responsible for this.

Where possible, please use the same packaging and packing method in which the artwork was originally shipped. This helps protect the artwork as much as possible during transport.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned artwork, we will notify you and process the refund. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
